We offer full black & white and color plotting services.

If you would like to send us a file for plotting, please be aware that plot files (files with the extension ".plt") are the easiest and most cost effective way for us to print your work. To Install the AutoCAD drivers, select the correct driver for your AutoCAD version below, and download the appropriate driver and installation instructions.Install the driver for the KIP 9200 machine onto your computer as if the printer was connected to your computer.

When you are ready to create a file for plotting, go through your normal preparation for plotting with our driver as the selected printer, and check the [plot to file] box located in the plot dialog window. This will create a file with the extension .plt.

Preparing files

The following are general rules that apply to all files. These are items that we have found to be critical to the successful completion of your order. This will help ensure that complications and turn around time is are as minimal as possible.

• Always include complete written instructions including type of software, file names, contact, and phone numbers.
• Zipping or compressing all folders and files will help with transfer time, as well as keep your order together.
• Send proofs of all color artwork whenever possible.
• Our output is based upon input.
• Include all necessary document links or images as necessary.
• Avoid the use of file compression, such as JPEG or LZW. Most forms of compression compromise image quality and take additional time and cost to output your job.
• Call to verify compatibility with your software and transfer media.
• Do not submit your only copy of a file.
• Make sure your name is on all disks, artwork, proofs, etc.
• The best way to reduce cost and eliminate potential problems is to request a test print.
